|The goal of the sociology of management is to make the technocratic way of thinking more humanitarian, thus gaining the basic competences in decision-making based not only on technical and economic but also on social factors. During seminars and practical classes, it is possible to gain skills in evaluating social risks, choosing governance structures and management styles.|
