The sections of study course Research, Diagnostics and Monitoring of Machinery, offer the knowledge of the machine checks, controls, principles and necessity of these tests. The course includes additional chapters on the new directions of technical monitoring of machines, and the key areas of planned preventive maintenance and management of them. The course is intended for acquiring classical machine and dynamic node test methods, experimental design. The course includes practical work on machine geometric errors and dynamic evaluation, pressure, temperature, geometry, flow, velocity, acceleration and torque measurement, instrumentation, data processing and analysis, fault detection algorithm principles..

|The aim of the study course is to develop knowledge on research of machinery technical condition, monitoring and behavior detection techniques. Training course gives knowledge on the choice of instruments and use of instrumentation, research methods of technical condition, and technical means for the implementation of measurements.|
Ability to analyze and identify technical condition of machine tools and their compliance with the requirements of the treatment process. - Laboratory work, manual training, evaluation and monitoring of the general technical condition of machines. Exam.
