|To be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in solving economic and labour legal relations. Ability to analyse legal issues, make proposals to resolve situations and avoid violations of labour and economic law. Find a solution to conflicts between right-holders. Is able to clarify the basic regulation of employment legal relationships and forms of commercial activity, to understand the concepts of ownership and possession, as well as the peculiarities of operation of individual contracts.|
