To deliver knowledge of the basic rules of chemistry important for engineering and environmental quality, the fundamental principles of the latest technologies and the current research of the development of new materials. To create understanding of electrochemical processes by paying extra attention to the processes of the corrosion of materials and alternative energy used in for example a hydrogen car
