To strengthen and extend knowledge about the evaluation of the effectiveness of medical drugs and about methods leading to the improvement of their pharmacological properties.
Learning outcomes

The student has obtained knowledge about the basic principals and relationships which are needed for the creation of effective drugs according to GLP rules. - During the test student has to demonstrate the knowledge about the mechanisms of action of medical substances on molecular level, the relationship between their structure and pharmacological properties.
