|To strengthen and to extend knowledge about importance and production technology of several particular groups of medicinal substances (antibiotics, cardiovascular and CNS preparates, Ca antagonists).|
In-depth knowledge about several particular groups of medicinal substances (antibiotics, cardiovascular and CNS preparates, Ca antagonists) – their importance, mechanisms of action, synthesis and technological methods of production. - During examination student should demonstrate knowledge about particular groups of medicinal substances, should know methods of synthesis and technological methods of production, shortages and advantages of biotechnological methods in comparison with organic synthesis.
Proficiency in basics of concept of transport form and metabolism. - Exam
