Student has acquired the theoretical background for the development of large scale synthesis. - Homework #1. Analysis of drug discovery route and large scale process based on investigation published in scientific literature.
Student has knowledge about requirements for rooms used for API manufacturing, principles for the installation and use of manufacturing equipment. - Homework #2. Modeling of production equipment and working environment according to the given task.
Student has acquired practical skills for working in API production sites - Practical work in API production sites
Course prerequisites Knowleadge in organic chemistry,general chemistry and analytical chemistry at least at the basic level is mandatory. Desirable is profound knowleadge in methods of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
