|Goal of the course is to give knowledges about the remediation technologies of groundwater polluted with different chemicals. Student has a good knowledges about contemporary and specific remediation technologies of groundwater and he knows to evaluate and choose the optimal depending from specific character of situation.|
Demonstrate the ability to orientate among the various types of groundwater remediation technologies and identify them. - Assessment methods and criteria: examination; the ability to select the remediation technology corresponding the pollution type and consideration.
Are able to compare one of the technology with alternative and make a decision about witch is more optimal for situation. - Assessment methods and criteria; examination. The ability to analyze the situation and make the argumentation of the choice of technology.
Are able to combine different methods in the one technological scheme for getting the necessary result. - Assessment methods and criteria: examination. The ability to develop technological scheme consisted from more than one methods for getting the necessary result.
Are able to classify and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies in oder to eliminate the same pollutant - Assessment methods and criteria: examination. The ability to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the technologies to eliminate the same pollutant.
