The course is intended for those students who have a bachelor degree not majoring in Electronics. The goal of the course is the following: to acquire the theoretical knowledge in the field of transmission of image, covering fundamentals of physical background of image transmission, structure of TV equipment, structure of TV signals, their parameters and transmission principles. The objectives are the following: to develop skills necessary for transmission of images in the form of analogue and digital signals; to acquire knowledge of up-to-date TV broadcasting systems and to enable students to enhance their understanding of the structure of analogue and digital TV signals, their param
